We’re offering one lucky business the chance to develop the next big brand idea! With you and our Brand, Technology and Data Science teams, we’ll workshop together to solve your business challenges using the power of brand and technology. Then we’ll take that idea to a hack (essentially a focused sprint of effort) and hopefully get to a proof of concept.
So, what do we mean by business challenges in this context?
We worked with a beauty brand who were manually dealing with thousands of customer complaints and queries. For them, the answer was a multi-channel chatbot to deal with high-volume, low-complexity issues, along with backend automation to consolidate, triage and prioritise queries from the website, email and call centre. This improved the customer experience, as complaints and queries could be dealt with far more quickly and efficiently, and left staff to work on higher value work.
We also worked with online custom tailor The Drop, to improve data collection and reduce returns. Custom suits require 21 measurements, which is a lot of data and responsibility to put on a customer to provide. Using a machine learning model, we were able to extrapolate all 21 measurements from just five initial key measurements provided by the customer. Naturally, this made ordering much simpler for customers, and returns were reduced due to the model predicting the overall fit far better than most tailors could achieve with a tape measure. It essentially took the human error out of the equation.
