USING AN INTELLIGENT CHATBOT TO ENGAGE EVENT ATTENDEES

The Pull Agency partnered with Microsoft to deliver AI solutions using Microsoft’s Azure Cognitive Services.

In order to deliver superior event experiences, Pull developed a Chatbot utilising the Microsoft Bot Framework and LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Service). The chatbot developed has since been used at various Pull events.

AI was the perfect fit for suit company The Drop

Pull worked with online custom tailor The Drop, to improve data collection and reduce customer returns. Custom suits require 21 measurements, which is a lot of data and responsibility to put on a customer to provide. Using a machine learning model, we were able to extrapolate all 21 measurements from just five initial key measurements provided by the customer.

Naturally, this made ordering much simpler for customers, and suit returns were reduced due to the model predicting the overall fit far better than most tailors could achieve with a tape measure. It essentially took the human error out of the equation.
